You must uninstall Mailforms before installing Proforms!

The price is charged for the service access. The use and opportunity to download the software is at no charge.

The temporary service access is restricted to one Joomla installation on one domain. According to the product package you get one or two service keys. You need to register a key to a domain at the admin panel of Proforms. Afterwards you will get access to the helpdesk. Once registered, you only can get access from the Proforms backend of the registered domain. This restriction applies only to the service access. The functionality of Proforms remains unaffected.

What is the service and what is it good for?
It is an access to the helpdesk and update service. You will be able to download software updates via the helpdesk. In the future this will be changed to an automatic procedure. On the helpdesk you will get the opportunity to ask questions and soon a detailed manual. For safety-critical discoveries you will be informed immediately and can close vulnerabilities via the helpdesk.

For technical reasons, the service can not be used, should Proforms be installed on a local server environment and is not reachable by an official domain. This also applies to Joomla installations protected by a firewall.
