  1. How can I download my software and get my service key(s) and PDF invoice?
    If your order is paid, log in to your account.

    There you can view your order in detail by clicking the button:

    A little further down you will see a link PDF Invoice.
    If you press this link you will download your PDF invoice.

    Below you see the headline: "Downloads and Keys". There you can find all available downloads and in the right column you will find all related service / product key(s)
    By clicking the link next to the floppy image Downloadyou will start your download.

    You can also easily send your keys to your e-mail address by clicking the envelope icon:

  2. I can't download my software. How can I start the download?
    It seems you are using a download manager or sitting behind a (corporate) firewall.
    In this case, your session is not transferred and the download will be considered as illegal downloading and will be blocked.

    Please use a normal, direct browser download!

  3. How can I get support for Proforms and download all add-ons?
    Proforms support can only be requested via the Helpdesk. You may get all the add-ons such as Proforms modules, plugins and upgrades only from the Helpdesk. The help desk is only accessible from the backend of your Proforms installation. Go to: Helpdesk / Service (up to version 1.0.5) > Enter your Service Key > Save the key > Connect to the helpdesk server via the button at the top right of the Helpdesk. The first time you are asked if you want to register the service on the domain. If you confirm you can only reach the helpdesk via this domain.

  4. I can't reach the helpdesk because I have problems by installing Proforms.
    How can I request support?

    In this case, please use the contact form and use : "Installation problems {SOFTWARE NAME}" as subject. Please send us your name and order number so we can compare whether you are entitled to service.

  5. How can I get upgrades and add-ons for Mooj Proforms?
    All upgrades and other add-ons forProforms are only available if your service period has not expired! You can check if your service time has expired in the customer area if you view your order. You can obtain upgrades and add-ons via the help desk. The help desk is ONLY accessible via the admin area of your Proforms at your Joomla installation. You need to enter and save your service key at Proform's admin section under "Helpdesk" or "Service" (up to version 1.0.5) Then you can connect to the Helpdesk server.
